Fi Asia 2024 was successfully held in early September in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, bringing together renowned food ingredient companies from around the world to showcase innovative food ingredients and industry solutions. As a pioneer in sugar reduction solutions, INGIABIO presented a talk titled "Future Sugar Reduction Innovations and Solutions," sharing cutting-edge approaches to sugar reduction in the food industry with attendees.
The presentation covered key topics such as global trends in sugar reduction and health, an introduction to steviol glycosides, INGIABIO’s natural sweeteners, and comprehensive sugar reduction solutions centered around their flagship product, INGVIA®M+.
Attendees had the opportunity to sample a variety of products showcasing INGIABIO’s innovative sugar reduction technology. These included Lemon Black Tea, Grape Oolong Tea, Caramel Cookies, and Vegetable Protein Cookies. All samples were sweetened with plant-based sugar alternatives, with Reb M99 serving as the key sweetening component.
